The name Pica Pica Studio is a registered trademark under the 1994 Trades Marks act. All designs are copyrighted by Pica Pica Studio, except where otherwise noted.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 working days of the date you received the item, accompanied by a sales receipt. It must be returned in unused condition with its original packaging intact, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. After this we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We regret that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. We are sorry but for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Where the goods are returned at the customers’ expense, the customer must ensure that the goods are fully insured against loss or damage, as they will remain the customer’s responsibility until received and signed for by Pica Pica Studio. For your protection we recommend that you use a special-delivery service which insures the product, as we cannot consider returns that we don't receive. We will refund you for the amount you originally paid for the goods within 30 days from the date we received the goods back from you.
